About the Job
Overnight Porter will work from 9:00pm-5:00am in the morning.

- Porter will be assigned a schedule of commercial properties to clean.
- All trash cans will be checked and trash liners changed.
- All trash can lids will be sprayed with cleaner and wiped down with towel.
- All trash on the parking lot, grass islands, back of center and side of center will be picked up and thrown inside dumpster.
- All dumpster corals will be checked and cleaned so there's no trash or debris around the dumpster.
- Overnight Porter will use our company reporting app (Connect teams) to report services and upload minimum 10 photos of work completed.
- Porter will report any graffiti, illegal dumping and any other unusual items to their manager so management can notify property manager.
