About the Job
Moore Clean LLC is looking for strong candidate with patience, calm attitude and highly driven person.
- Candidate will manage, teach and coach staff and department they manage.
- Individual will answer emails daily, perform property visits and inspections. Candidate will reach out to customers monthly as a courtesy to check on customers.
- Candidate will be required to attend two or three nightly meetings during the month.
- Occasional calls from staff during evenings and some weekends will need to be answered and staff tended to for coaching and to answer questions. Candidate will need to know how to use excel spreadsheets, AI, ChatGPT and other technology used by Moore Clean.
- Must have strong communications skills and leadership qualities.
- Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with weekends off.
