Position Overview

Moore Clean is seeking a skilled and reliable Diesel Mechanic to join our team. You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our fleet vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, ensures minimal fleet downtime, and keeps our operations running safely.

Key Requirements

Own Tools: Must possess a complete set of personal hand tools and diagnostic equipment appropriate for diesel engine and fleet repair.
Flexible Schedule: Ability to work variable hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to accommodate fleet maintenance windows and urgent repairs.
Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening prior to employment.
Experience: Proven track record diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, and hydraulics.

Core Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) inspections on diesel trucks and fleet equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures.
Maintain accurate electronic service logs and repair records.
Keep a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
